This Privacy Policy applies to the sinkomm.com website (the Site). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, stop using the Site.
Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data to answer your request, contact you, prepare a quote and a proposal, pass the request to the office in the right region, conclude and perform a contract, and to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box under the form (Article 6(1)(1) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”), and, once a contract is signed, the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(5)). The box is not ticked in advance: consent counts as given only after your action.
What data we process
From the request form: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, event region, message text, the text of your consent to data processing and, if you ticked the mailing box, the text of that consent.
If you accept cookies in the banner, Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics receive technical information about your visit: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referral source, clicks and actions on the page.
We do not collect special categories of data or biometric data.
Mailings
We send promotional and informational messages only to people who gave separate consent with a separate box under the form. This consent is optional, the request is sent without it as usual, and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to com@sinkomm.com.
Cookies and web analytics
The Site stores your answer to the cookie banner in your browser so the banner is not shown again. This is a technical record, it is not shared with anyone and stays until you delete it.
We measure traffic with Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics. They set their own cookies and record page views, clicks and actions on the page (Metrica Session Replay). Both counters start only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, they are not loaded, and the Site still works fully.
Yandex.Metrica servers are located in Russia. Google Analytics belongs to Google LLC (USA), so data leaves Russia when it runs. By clicking “Accept” you agree to this transfer.
You can change your mind at any time: clear the site data in your browser and the banner will appear again. You can also block collection in the browser: disable cookies for the Site, install the Yandex.Metrica opt-out add-on or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Who receives the data
Requests from the form are written directly to our internal system SINKOM LAB, which runs on a server in Russia. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Responsible staff learn about a new request from a Telegram notification. The notification contains the name, contact and message text. Telegram belongs to a foreign company, so this is a cross-border transfer. By sending the form you agree to this transfer.
The Site is hosted on a server in Russia (Selectel). The server logs your IP address and technical request details to display the page and investigate failures.
Videos on the Site are shown through the Russian service Kinescope. A video loads from its servers when you open a page with it.
Retention periods
Request data is kept while we correspond and work on the request, and no longer than three years after your last contact.
Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics cookies stay in your browser for no more than two years, the exact period is set by the services. Your answer to the cookie banner stays in the browser until you clear the site data.
If you withdraw consent, the data is deleted earlier, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data about you we process and why, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data blocked or deleted, and to withdraw consent. To do so, write to com@sinkomm.com. We will reply within thirty days.
If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can appeal to Roskomnadzor or to a court.
Data protection
Transferring personal data in any form (in person, by phone or online) always carries some risk, since no system is completely secure. The Site works only over HTTPS, and we take the necessary measures to prevent unauthorised access to the data, its alteration and leaks.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. Write to com@sinkomm.com from the email or phone number given in your request. Processing stops within thirty days of receiving your message, unless the law requires the data to be kept longer.
Minors
The Site does not accept any information from persons under 18 without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
Changes to this policy
We may change this Privacy Policy. A new version takes effect once it is published on this page, and its date is shown at the top.
The materials on the Site are not a public offer and are for information only.
